Courtney Berry, EdD 

Courtney is an Instructor at the Metro State University of Denver and an Assistant Principal in a public middle school in Colorado. Courtney has worked as a teacher coach, interventionist, and special educator. She received her Master’s degree in Special Education and a Doctorate in Educational Studies from the University of Northern Colorado. Courtney is passionate about coaching teachers around supporting struggling learners through academic rigor and works as a key member of the MTSS team. Courtney teaches course work at MSU Denver to teachers in the Alternative Licensure program for Special Education. She coaches teachers in their second year of alternative licensure and evaluates teachers as they complete their program of licensure.

Courtney has presented at numerous educational conferences and presented at the district and school levels on various topics of professional development.

Jeanne Bonds, EdS

Jeanne is an instructor at Metro State University of Denver and an instructional coach at a public middle school in Colorado. She has experience as an interventionist, special educator, and coach to adult learners. She received her Master’s degree in Special Education and an EDS in Reading, holds a principal license in the state of Colorado, and has endorsements in Culturally Linguistically Diverse and English, 7-12. She holds a leadership role at her school where she specializes in co-teaching and data analysis to provide tools and strategies for teachers to maximize student growth. She is a co-leader of the MTSS support team in her school building. Jeanne teaches and coaches in the Alternative Licensure Program for MSU Denver.

Jeanne has presented at numerous educational conferences and has created coursework for professional development at the school and district level.
